For Families.

Come to Woodfield with an open mind and heart—ready to explore.

Woodfield has acres of lush forests and open fields. There are kilometers of hiking trails so make sure to pack comfortable shoes! On those hot and humid summer days, you can swim in a spring-fed lake or go canoeing. For some animal-therapy, we have a barn full of egg-laying chickens. And if you haven’t heard already, there are over 50 Nigerian Dwarf goats.

What To Expect At Woodfield:

You will be immersed in nature for a full week. During your orientation tour, you’ll receive the itinerary of programs specific to the week you stay.

Our program is an invitation. An opportunity for you and your families to explore different ways of connecting with yourselves, and the other families staying at Woodfield. Participating in our program is highly encouraged.

I’d just recommend families to come with an open mind and try something you normally wouldn’t. My dad wasn’t sold on going to the drum circle, and it ended up being a highlight of the week for him! He still talks about the “incredible rain storm” to this day!
