Earthing

w/ Angee Pell

Walking barefoot has been found to potentially reduce chronic pain, fatigue, and other ailments, When your skin comes in contact with the earth, free electrons are absorbed into your body through the soles of your feet. These electrons act as natural antioxidants, helping to neutralize harmful excess free radicals that can cause inflammation and diseases in the body. The Earth's energy can enhance the body's ability to repair itself, promoting well-being, vitality, and better sleep. It also harmonizes and stabilizes the body's basic biological rhythms, reducing chronic inflammation and pain.

Sound bowl therapy is an ancient practice that utilizes vibrations from metallic or crystal bowls to promote healing and relaxation. Crystal bowls produce a high-frequency sound that targets specific energy centers within the body, assisting in restoring balance in the body and mind.
